Josh Hutcherson Buys Heath Ledger's $3 Million Treehouse

Josh Hutcherson just bought a $3 million Hollywood Hills mansion, previously owned by Heath Ledger. The 1,861 sq ft tree house, because of the trees surrounding it, has been owned by lots of celebs like Ellen DeGeneres. The 2 bedroom 2 bath house was listed last September for $2.995 million, but we don't know if Josh paid the full price.
