Taylor Swift told MTV that when she was called about writing a song for the movie, she read the book and was hooked!
"I immediately read the book in, like, two days and fell in love with it. I fell in love with the characters, fell in love with the world Suzanne Collins had created. I was just so immersed in it."
I read the book in two days too! Really, I read the first four chapters in one day and the rest in the other. I was a fan from the start!
