"With the Tributes it was an audition process just like anyone else. There are a lot of talented people in the world who want to read for you. When Dayo (Okeniyi) walked in and reading Thresh I said, 'Oh my God, he makes absolute sense.' There are times when they're reading and it feels like an audition and then there's that moment when someone comes in and nails it and you feel they want the movie and when it happens you know it's the right decision."
