Leven Rambin Wants You To Vote for Hunger Games at the MTV Movie Awards

The MTV Movie Awards are tomorrow night (voting ends at 10 PM) but there is still time to vote and that is exactly what Leven Rambin wants you to do!

“All the fans that saw the ‘Hunger Games’ — they came out to all the events, they came out to the malls and the premiere and they camped [out],” Rambin told MTV News. “This was the first movie in our franchise and you guys showed so much love and hard-core dedication, so please give our little movie some votes this year.”
The film is vying for a Golden Popcorn against the likes of “Breaking Dawn – Part 1″ and the last “Harry Potter” flick, so Rambin knows the competition is stiff. “We know we’re the underdog and we’re the new kids and we really pushed through,” she said. “We made a great movie and you guys were awesome the whole time. So vote for ‘Hunger Games’ [for] Best Cast and I’m sure we’ll be there to receive our honors. Thank you for your support.”
If you want to help them win, make sure to vote in all 9 categories here.

Leven Rambin will be in the Percy Jackson sequel, "Sea of Monsters," as Clarisse La Rue. The movie had a March 2012 release date and began filming in April. Now, the movie release date has been pushed back several months.
Fox has pushed Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters back all the way to August from a previous March 15th date.  The film currently faces no opposition on its opening weekend, but opens one week after Sony’s Robocop remake.  The majority of the first film’s cast returns, led by Logan Lerman, but Thor Freudenthal takes over directing duties from Harry Potter helmer Chris Columbus.

Leven Rambin's Workout Routine for "The Hunger Games"

Leven Rambin Dishes On 'Hunger Games' Fitness RoutineLeven Rambin has been keeping up with her workout routine since starring in The Hunger Games as Glimmer.

“I was sort of just a casual exerciser. I would exercise all the time, but I would never push myself outside of my comfort zone,” Leven told the LA Times. “This showed me how far my body could go if I was willing to push it.”
“I had about two months to prepare for the fight sequences and physically train,” she added about training for the film. “I did lots of spinning, probably an hour and a half a day. I also did boot-camp-style exercises — rolling kettle bells and balls that weighed 30 pounds across the room, using ropes, and rolling tires around, military style.”
“Every other day, on the days that we weren’t training, I would go hiking or running around Los Angeles, by myself or with my friends. I also did some sprinting — I was pushing myself. Dieting was also a big part of it, so no dairy and no carbohydrates whatsoever.”
Sounds like hard work to get in shape!

Leven Rambin in "Sea of Monsters"

Leven Rambin (Glimmer) has signed up to be in the movie Sea of Monsters, the sequel to Percy Jackson and the Lighting Thief. Shooting will be in Vancouver. She will play Clarisse, the daughter of Ares, who is good at battle and a perfectionist.

What do you think of her new role? I am excited for this movie because one of my favorite stars will be in it, Logan Lerman!!

Leven Rambin with E!

E! talked to Leven Rambin, who plays Glimmer (and looks amazingly like Glimmer!) She was asked about the drama free set and replied:
"Well, everyone was in a relationship going into the movie, pretty much...there were a lot of moms around to keep us all in line, because a lot of the kids were younger. It was kind of low key, just a professional vibe. Everyone was really professional. There wasn't anything too gossipy to report."
Sounds like one big family!
